Through personalised guidance, Krystal from Mindstrong PT supports her clients in self-care by bringing fun to movement and awareness to thoughts, with the goal of self-acceptance. A small, private studio where clients have the freedom to feel accepted and empowered by reaching their own individual health goals, not just general fitness.
We wanted to create a ‘personal brand’ that communicated Krystal’s values and her unique offering – compassion, understanding, professionalism and ability to cater for their individual needs.
By using a combination of free-flowing script and strong sans-serif typography, paired with an energetic palette, we’ve created a visual brand that is warm, healthy and supportive with a feminine edge to reflect the audience and messaging.
We worked with Krystal in 2000/2001 to develop the Mindstrong PT visual brand and strategy, with collateral items following to fulfill her business needs at that time.
